Return and Refund Policy

HTS Store Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

At HTS Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital products (downloads, online courses, digital targets)
Customized or personalized products
Final sale & clearance items
Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Email us at support@htsstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Pack the item securely and include the RA number in the package.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — HTS Store is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you need a replacement (same item in a different size/color/etc.):

Email us at support@htsstore.com
Include your order number and details of the exchange
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund as appropriate
